Rodrigo Atuesta is the co-owner and CIO of Impulse Travel, an award-winning Colombian DMC recognized for pioneering regenerative and community-based tourism. Started in travel as a local guidein his hometown Bogotá at age 20. Over the past 15 years, Rodrigo has become one of the leading voices in Colombia’s travel industry, working alongside local changemakers to design meaningful travel experiences that foster peacebuilding and social transformation. Under his leadership, Impulse has received multiple national and international recognitions, including awards from ProColombia and the UNWTO. He has been featured in top-tier travel media such as AFAR and Travel Weekly. Rodrigo also served as President of ACOTUR (Colombia’s Responsible Tourism Association) where he helped bringing together Colombia's travel industry for the country’s tourism renaissance.
