Just 1 hour from Popayán in the municipality of Tambo it is possible to perform waterfall descent activities in up to 7 different waterfalls depending on your level of adventure and experience in an activity with professional and trained operators to carry out the best experience of all.
The hummingbird circuit is so named because hummingbirds are one of the most common birds in this region and during the first expedition of the 7 waterfalls route there was a little friend who accompanied the group throughout the journey.
Canyoning is an extreme adventure activity that consists of descending through rock canyons with water currents or sometimes only rock, with the help of climbing equipment such as ropes, harness, helmet, bathing suit, and carabiners, among others that are necessary to develop this experience that combines climbing with caving and where it is also vital to know how to swim when the time comes to jump in the water hole!
If you are interested in this experience or you would first like to practice with other people in simpler sites we also have the option to visit the waterfall of the titans which are two impressive waterfalls of 15 and 25 meters high and the waterfall of the elf which is only a waterfall that we reach after a pleasant 45 min walk.
